Drama at Hospital as Man is Chased Away Over DNA Test Demand for His Son

    By Aijuka PeterMarch 17, 2026

Tension briefly flared at a local hospital after a man was confronted and forced to leave the premises when he arrived seeking a DNA test with his young son, whose striking resemblance to him had already drawn attention.

Witnesses said the man walked into the facility calmly, carrying the baby as he inquired about the process of conducting a DNA test. According to people who were present, his request quickly sparked curiosity among staff and bystanders, especially because the child bore an uncanny resemblance to him, particularly in facial features such as the nose.

What began as a routine inquiry soon turned into a scene as a woman believed to be connected to the child arrived moments later and challenged the man’s intentions. Voices were raised as the two exchanged heated words in full view of other patients and hospital staff.

Those who witnessed the confrontation said the woman strongly opposed the idea of a DNA test, questioning why it was necessary given the obvious physical similarities between the man and the child. The situation escalated quickly, drawing the attention of security personnel who moved in to restore order.

In the middle of the standoff, the man reportedly insisted that he had a right to confirm paternity through official means. He maintained that while the resemblance was clear, he wanted documented proof. His stance, however, did little to calm the situation.

Hospital staff attempted to de-escalate the confrontation, urging both parties to step aside and resolve the matter privately. However, the tension continued to build, with onlookers gathering as the exchange became more intense.

Security officers eventually intervened and asked the man to leave the premises in order to prevent further disruption to hospital operations. He was escorted out as the woman remained behind with the child.

The incident has since sparked conversations among members of the public, with many expressing mixed views. Some believe the man was within his rights to seek a DNA test, arguing that such decisions should be handled through proper channels without interference. Others feel the public nature of the confrontation may have worsened an already sensitive situation involving a child.

Experts often note that matters of paternity can carry deep emotional and social implications, especially when handled in public settings. They advise that such issues are best addressed through calm discussion and, where necessary, legal or professional guidance.

While no official statement has been released by the hospital regarding the incident, it served as a reminder of how quickly personal disputes can escalate in public spaces, particularly when emotions are high and sensitive issues are involved.
