    Pastor Orders Church Members to Bathe in Rain, Gives Salt to Cleanse Evil Spirits

    By OnionApril 27, 2026

    A pastor has gone viral online after reportedly instructing members of his congregation to bathe in the rain while using salt as part of a spiritual cleansing exercise.

    According to reports circulating on social media, the cleric allegedly told worshippers to stand under the rain and wash themselves while holding or applying salt, claiming the act would help remove evil spirits and negative energies.

    Videos and images linked to the incident have since sparked widespread reactions online, with many users questioning the unusual method and debating religious practices carried out in some worship centres.

    Some commenters criticized the act as extreme, while others defended the pastor’s actions as a form of faith-based deliverance ritual.

    Healthy faith communities usually encourage personal understanding not blind obedience.

    At this point, some people need discernment more than deliverance 😭.
    Faith should never cancel critical thinking.

    @Hezekiah222
    Bathing with salt sef is medically bad cuz your body absorbs some of the salt.
