Ugandan businessman Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia has officially opened the new Pearl Business Park in Kampala. The development sits on Yusuf Lule Road, close to the central business district, major government offices, and several diplomatic missions. Its location makes it one of the most accessible addresses in the city for companies and organizations.

Pearl Business Park is being developed by Meera Investments, the real estate arm of the Ruparelia Group. The first phase, called Pearl Tower One, is a Grade A commercial building that offers modern office space with reliable power, high-speed internet, modern lifts, and 24-hour security. It also has a multi-level parking facility that can accommodate more than one thousand vehicles, easing congestion for tenants and visitors.

The site is planned as a mixed-use business complex covering about 18 to 20 acres. When fully complete, it will include multiple office towers, a five-star hotel, a shopping mall, and a modern hospital. The idea is to create a single location where people can work, meet clients, shop, relax, and access health services.
