A video making the rounds on social media has ignited debate after a man confronted a pastor in an attempt to reclaim a car he says he bought for his wife, who allegedly donated it to the cleric as a seed offering without his consent.
The widely shared clip shows a tense exchange between the husband, his wife and a man believed to be their family pastor, who is seated inside the disputed vehicle as a crowd gathers to watch.
According to the narration accompanying the video, the woman received the car as a birthday gift from her husband before later presenting it to the pastor as an act of faith.
In the footage, the husband repeatedly orders the pastor to get out of the vehicle while demanding the return of the car.
When asked why she gave away the vehicle, the woman explains that the man inside the car is their family pastor who had been praying for her and her family.
She says the car had been given to her by her husband as a birthday present, but after receiving prayers from the pastor, she chose to offer it to him as a seed.
The husband then asks whether he bought the vehicle so she could donate it to the pastor.
She responds in the negative.
Clearly angered by the decision, the husband questions why his wife would give away a vehicle he purchased with his own money without discussing it with him first. He also demands that the pastor surrender the car keys.
The confrontation attracts a large crowd, with several onlookers eventually stepping in to calm tempers and mediate the dispute.
