Winifred Nakandi Declares Independent Bid for Nakawa East MP Seat After Being Denied NUP Card for Kampala Woman MP Race

Kampala, Uganda –Winifred Nakandi has officially announced her decision to contest for the Nakawa East Member of Parliament seat as an independent candidate in the 2026 general elections.
